This, the largest of the 5 suites, features an open-plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. Under-carpet heating serves the entire area, and an open log-fire is the focal point of the lounge. A large sliding door opens onto a balcony area - perfect for sundowners over an awe-inspiring view of the Dullstroom mountains.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, and 4-plate stove combo, as well as the usual kettle, toaster, and enough crockery & cutlery for 4. Under-tile heating warms the kitchen in winter. There is an inter-leading door to suite 4, making this perfect for a family of 4. If not needed, the interleading door is locked.

The large bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a south-easten view over Dullstroom's hills, and has an en-suite bathroom (bath only). A bathroom heater is provided to alleviate Dullstroom's winter chill!
