Neat country farm cottage only 8km from Dullstroom en route to Highland Gate.

LIVING AREA.
Warm open plan living area with coal stove in the kitchen and a large open fireplace in the lounge.
A large 8-seater kitchen/dining table compliments the cosy country interior, offering easy living and
entertainment for holiday guests. The lounge opens onto a patio which leads to a built- in braai area under the apple trees.

BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS - 4 bedrooms -3 bathrooms.
2 x double rooms with en suite showers.
2 twin bedrooms with adjoining bath/toilet.

ACTIVITIES.
Hiking, bird watching, ideally situated on mountain bike trails. Close to Bird of Prey Centre.
Fishing: Dam sizes between .5 and 1 hectare (Dam 1 : 90m x 170m) (Dam 2:90m x 50m)
6km from new Highland Gate Golf Estate.
