Luxury house in secure complex, overlooking the Dullstroom dam and close to all restaurants and shops in the CBD of Dullstroom.
BEDROOMS - Accommodates 8 guests.
Spring Room: Twin beds with en-suite bathroom (ball and claw bath) with infra red heating and heated towel rails. Private patio with view.
Autumn Room: Twin beds with separate bathroom and shower and heated towel rails.
Summer Room: Twin bedded room with bathroom en suite.
Winter Room: Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom (ball and claw bath). Private Patio with view.
All bedroom cupboards are fitted with electronic safes for your valuables.
LIVING AREA AND ENTERTAINMENT.
Spacious open-plan lounge/dining area. Jet master fireplace, DSTV and a full home entertainment centre.
Sun lounge with jacuzzi/spa opens onto wooden deck with view over Dullstroom dam and nature reserve.
A private study is also a special feature in this house (a small bed can be provided for one additional guest).
KITCHEN FACILITIES.
Fully equipped designer kitchen. (gas oven/hob, microwave, cutlery for 16, fridge/freezer, dishwasher).

Double lock up garage.
2 Mountain bikes are in the garage for your use.
Jacuzzi and enclosed sunroom with lovely views.
FISHING: available at Municipal dam. Please purchase permits at the Camping grounds or Village Angler 013 2540045
SERVICING: The units are serviced on a daily basis.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING VENUE.
ACTIVITIES: Close to all restaurants and village activities. Horseriding and clay pigeon shooting can be arranged.
Putt-Putt course in village, village tennis court (Bring own racquet and balls).
FISHING available at Municipal dam. Permits are not included in accommodation rate and must be purchased from the Village Angler or at the dam from R75 per person per day. Other activities can be viewed on our website on www.dullstroom.biz
