Open plan designer living area offers a cosy lounge with open fireplace, separate home entertainment lounge with DSTV and DVD machine.
8-seater dining area, the living area opens onto the top deck with braai facilities and wonderful views.
Private study with selection of books and desk. Rod rack with 3 rods and fishing net.
Guest toilet.
KITCHEN:
A state of the art fitted kitchen offers the entertainer every modern appliance required to cater for groups or family functions. A gas and electric oven and hob, spacious fridge/freezer facilities, microwave, coffee machine, pantry and laundry room.
Dishwasher, washing machine and tumbledryer available.
There are 2 well trained staff members available for servicing and assistance.
EXTRAS:
A cleverly designed undercover stair well leads guests from the entertainment area to the downstairs bedrooms.
An outdoor sink is provided for cleaning of fish and there are two mountain bikes for guests use.
PARKING: There is undercover parking for 4 cars
FISHING: A well stocked casting pond is situated in the centre of the housing estate, offering the beginner an opportunity to try their hand at the art of fly-fishing in a manicured setting. Many experienced fishermen also fish these waters as they are well maintained and well managed.
