Fernbank Farm is situated just 4.5km off the N4 on the Machadodorp road to Dullstroom.
Two 4-sleeper luxury timber cottages nestle on the banks of the Tauter stream.
Beautifully decorated in an eclectic style with specially selected country comforts.
BEDROOMS:
2 X Twin bedded rooms (can be made up as super King size beds).Both rooms have bathrooms en suite with bath and shower.
White cotton linen and Granny Goose Down duvets of the highest quality.
LIVING AREA:
A cosy lounge with wooden fireplace, TV with DSTV. (guests should bring their own DSTV decoders and cards) The lounge leads onto a lovely deck with views overlooking the valley and dams - Weber braais provided.
A 6 -8 seater dining area forms part of the open plan living area.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave and all other appliances.
A welcome tray including; tea, coffee and basic condiments is provided for guests use.
FISHING:
3 trout filled dams available within easy access of the cottage.
Fishing tuition can be arranged with a private tutor at R650 per day for 2 guests. As a game sanctuary, the owners prefer a catch and release basis.
Fish caught and kept however will be charged as follows:
R75 p/kg - Rainbow.
R85 p/kg - Brown.
SERVICING:
The cottages are serviced for 2 hours each morning. Servicing includes dishes, making beds and cleaning bathrooms.Should clients require additional servicing, this must be discussed with farm management and additional fees will be levied accordingly.
